I have been “lazy” for several weeks now. We’ve had hectic time at work lately so I decided to put Big To Fit on hold for the time being. I still filmed myself every now and then, and now I have gigabytes of unedited material on my disk…
I decided to create 2-3 videos out of that footage over this week, and hopefully to catch up with my vlogs and continue posting current statuses.
Back by the end of 2015 I slipped a little bit and cheated a lot. I don’t know why, I was eating almost exclusively junk food and sugar. After I realized I’ll set myself back and gain back those two kilos I lost in December, I decided it’s time for me to man up again and take control over my life.
I was still regular at the gym so no big changes were needed there, but my eating habits needed big kick in a butt. I wanted to go on a ketogenic diet (no carbs, nor dairy), but settled I for low carb. This is because we made whole bunch of “Sandzak Peppers” (hot peppers filled with cottage cheese and sunk into salted milk until milk turns to cheese as well) back in October and I just can’t justify to myself throwing those away. They are delicious and we have a lot of them, and also they’re too hot for anyone else to enjoy at our house, so I’m the only one eating them :D. Silly reason I know. Anyways, as soon as I get rid of those peppers, I’ll switch to ketogenic diet.
Meanwhile, I realized that one cheat day every week is too much for me. I eat waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much on cheat days and set myself back for the next 3-4 days. Hence I decided to go with 1-2 cheat days A MONTH for a while. So until end of January I was allowed only one cheat day.
